We are in the process of completing our statutorily required reappraisal for tax year 2020, which affects the taxes you pay in calendar year 2021. As part of this process, we will be gathering information with people in the field, analyzing aerial and street level imagery, and asking that you review the data we have on your property so that we can produce accurate valuations. We will be analyzing sales and property conditions to arrive at your new appraised value.
In late summer to early fall of 2020 we will inform property owners of their tentative value. You will have an opportunity to meet with one of our appraisers to discuss your value if you do not believe the value is accurate.

If you are not satisfied with the results of the informal review or are unable to participate in the review process, you have the right to file a formal valuation complaint between January 1 and March 31 through the Greene County Board of Revision.
