Reporting Instructions
Color of the Day Random Drug Test
|
If you are assigned a color by your probation
officer you are required to call in daily including weekends and
Holidays to find out if your required to report for random drug
testing. The phone # 937-502-4301. The calling times are from 5:00
am to 11:00 am. If you fail to report when your color is called the following sanctions will apply: 1. Community Service 8 hrs; 2. Community Service 8 hrs plus $20.00 violation charge; 3. Weekend Jail Sanction; 4. Progressive sanctions up to and including revocation. |
Cell Phones and Electronic Devices |
All cell phones, text messaging devices, and all other electronic devices are to be turned off prior to entering any of the Adult Probation Department office areas or waiting areas. |
Family and Friends |
All family, friends, and children are not permitted in any of the Adult Probation Department office areas or waiting areas. |
Children |
| Probationers/ Bond Reporters are advised if they arrested for any reason and have brought their children with them, the children will be turned over to Greene County Children Services. |
Appropriate Dress |
| All individuals entering any of the Adult Probation Department office or waiting areas are to be appropriately dressed. This includes no halter tops, tube tops, short shorts, short skirts, revealing clothing, clothing containing vulgar language, obscenities, innuendo, or otherwise offensive markings, and any other questionable attire. |
Other Information |
| All individuals entering any of the Adult Probation Department office or waiting areas must realize the courthouse is a place of business and are responsible for not only their conduct and behavior, but also their family, significant others, friends, and children while in the courthouse. Conversations must be kept to a low audible level due to the sounds in the courthouse carrying and becoming disruptive to other offices. |
Transportation |

It is your responsibility to Report as instructed by your probation officer. Greene County has transportation which connects Greene County to Montgomery County. |
