Welcome to the Greene County Prosecutor's Office web page!
As your elected Greene County Prosecutor, I work diligently along with my dedicated staff,
to prosecute offenders who use fraudulent and criminal means to take advantage of others.
The safety of our community is a priority for this office and as a result, my Criminal,
Juvenile, Appellate and Victim/Witness Divisions work collaboratively with all of our law
enforcement partners in the investigation and prosecution of felony crimes committed in
Greene County. We are committed to seeking justice on behalf of those victimized by crime.
In addition, the Civil Division serves as legal advisor to all the county elected officials,
the county commissioners, boards, the board of elections, townships and public libraries.
We provide legal advice to these clients and represent them in court. My Civil Division
also represents the Greene County Children’s Services Board.
Whenever possible, the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office participates in community projects
which promote crime prevention, anti-drug messages and safe homes. I am permitted by law
to use forfeited drug money and property to support such efforts and as funds allow, do so
at every opportunity.
