Welcome to the Greene County Prosecutor's Office web page.
As your elected
Prosecuting Attorney, the safety of our community is my
number one priority. This office works with all of our
law enforcement partners in the investigation and
prosecution of serious crimes in Greene County. We are
committed to seeking justice on behalf of those
victimized by crime.
The Civil Division serves
as legal advisor to all county elected officials, the
board of county commissioners, the board of elections,
townships, public libraries, and the Greene County
Children’s Services Board. We provide legal advice to
these clients and represent them in court.
When possible, the Greene
County prosecutor’s office participates in community
projects which promote crime prevention, anti-drug
messages and safe homes.
The Juvenile Division is
responsible for prosecuting contested felony misdemeanor
and traffic cases involving children under the age of
eighteen years.
