The division most commonly associated with a Prosecutor's Office, the Criminal Division utilizes a team of attorneys who work hard to uphold the law and protect the citizens of Greene County and seek punishment for offenders of crimes.

Greene County has two Courts of Common Pleas in which the Criminal Division prosecutes felony charges. The Criminal Division also provides 24 hour a day legal assistance and advice to all Greene County law enforcement agencies and provides legal services in the preparation of all arrest warrants and search warrants.
