Inmate Funds:

            Moneys can be deposited into an inmates account by various means:

1.  There are kiosks positioned in the lobbies of both facilities to deposit money via cash or Visa / MasterCard with fees starting as low as $2.95.

2.  Money orders can be made out to the respective inmate and mailed addressed to that inmate at the address listed below.  You will need to know which facility the inmate is located in.

3.   By phone at 1-866-345-1884.  Can use Visa or MasterCard with fees starting as low as $3.95.

4.  Online at:  www.inmatedeposits.com  with fees starting as low as $2.95.

Visitation:

·         Visitation is scheduled by the inmates signing up for a 30 min. time slot and then visitors would need to arrive for those time(s). 

·         Visitation schedules are recorded and available to the public by calling the number listed for the facility and selecting option“2” and then option “2” again.

Correctional Facilities:

The Sheriff's Office operates two correctional facilities. 

The Greene County Jail a 130 bed full service facility was built in 1969.

The Greene County Adult Detention Center is a 236 bed minimum / medium Direct Supervision facility opened in May 2000.
