Greene County Animal Control shall function as the enforcement and administrative agency for the board of commissioners in all animal issues, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code and local laws and directives. This includes the operation of the Animal Shelter in an efficient and humane manner, implementation of progressive programs in animal welfare, care and population control, and providing the citizenry of the county with assistance with a wide variety of animal related problems.
