    The Beavercreek Popcorn Festival is held annually the weekend after Labor Day (September 10 & 11th, 2016) celebrated by the Beavercreek Community. Located at Dayton-Xenia Road between Fairfield and Meadow Bridge, this not-be-missed family affair and community event is found in front of Beavercreek Plaza. The festival has over 200 booths with festival foods, tantalizing treats, special services, creative crafts, and sensational specialties made with Popcorn. The festival includes a children's area and lots of entertainment. There are additional special events throughout the weekend with the 5k Popcorn Run and Car Show on Sunday.

    The Xenia Community Festival returns to Shawnee Park September 16 and 197 building on the success of last year's event and featuring local talent and culture of every kind.

    The Festival will present the Balloon Glow on Friday night, September 16 and promises a great name in entertainment Saturday night, September 17 All entertainment events will be free.

    Paddleboats on the lake, the Imagination Station, food, vendors, a parade, the bike rodeo, an AVA Walk, the Junked Bike Art Competition and more will be featured during the Festival. The Festival will open at 4 pm Friday, with the official opening ceremony starting at 6 pm and activities continuing until 9 pm. The hours Saturday are 9 am to 9 pm. The annual parade will open Saturday morning's activities, moving from downtown Xenia north through Xenia.
