Jamestown is rated #11 for LOWEST taxes and utility rates in Ohio.

There was good news from CDJ Consulting at the 1st annual rating of taxes and utilities of Cities and Villages with a population over 2,000. The ratings included available data for municipal income taxes, school income taxes, commercial/industrial property taxes, residential water and sanitary sewer rates, and county sales tax.
The Village of Jamestown ranked #11 out of 213 communities in Ohio. This is another reason that Jamestown is a great place to work, live, and raise a family. They are proud of their motto: A Progressive Community of Farmers, Families, and Friends.
