You will find out if you will meet lender requirements, how much property you can afford and what to do if you are not ready to buy.

Nine hours of education is offered for those pre-registered in all-day classes which are held once each month.  Educational materials are supplied with a non-refundable fee of $10.00.

If credit, debt or savings issues are hindering your ability to purchase a home, we provide one-on-one sessions to assist you in overcoming those challenges.  Our counselor will work with you until you are ready to buy.
