Prenatal to Three Services
“The First Years Last Forever”
Help Me Grow is a statewide program
that provides health and developmental services to infants and toddlers under
the age of three (3) and their families.
Services are voluntary and core services are at no cost to families.
The purpose of Help Me Grow is to:

Provide the information, support and encouragement,
that parents need to help their children develop optimally during the early
years of life.
♥
Provide access to supports and services to infants
and toddlers with disabilities and/or developmental delays, or who are at risk
to develop delays.
Helping all children grow up healthy,
safe and ready to learn.
