The Jamestown Area Family Resource Center is
dedicated to strengthening the community and
families through information and referral services,
collaborative program planning, encouraging
volunteerism, and youth asset building.
We assist community members, within the
Greeneview school District area, in meeting their needs by
matching them to services and opportunities for
utilizing their skills to contribute to the community.
Trained staff listen to concerns,
problems, questions and ideas and then provide information about services or
programs available in the local community, Greene County and the surrounding
area.
We have helped people to connect to the following resources:
- Counseling, Medical & Legal Services
- Financial Guidance, Food, & Housing
- Children’s Activities & Senior Services
- Substance Abuse Intervention & Education
- Job Seeking and Keeping Skills
- Youth Programs & Activities
- And Much More ….
Our services are free and confidential. You can remain anonymous. We have a
large supply of information sheets and brochures for all sorts of needs and
services. We can help you set up meetings with other providers. We can visit you
at home or meet with you in our office. We are an equal service provider.
