Greene Leaf
Who is Eligible?
Greene Leaf works with adult male and female offenders who have been sentenced through Greene County Common Pleas Court, Xenia Municipal Court, or Fairborn Municipal Court. Eligible offenders must have substance abuse issues.

The Greene Leaf Program serves with distinction as the only residential substance abuse  Program within a jail facility in the state of Ohio. The Greene Leaf Program is a six month residential alcohol and drug treatment program that uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to provide intensive substance abuse treatment.  Since commencing operations in 2002, Greene Leaf has diverted over 350 felons from Ohio’s prisons with an estimated cost savings for taxpayers of nearly eight million dollars.

Men’s Residential and Women’s Residential Program
Greene Leaf currently operates two programs:

The Men’s Residential Program, which began in 2002,  is located at:
2295 Greeneway Blvd.
Xenia, Ohio
Inside the Adult Detention Center. 

The Women’s Residential Program, which began in 2006, is located at:
77 E. Market St.
Xenia, Ohio
Inside the Greene County Jail

During their treatment stay, clients have the opportunity to address issues related to alcohol and drug use and its effects on their lives.
