Title Division
Responsibilities
Auto Title Division is responsible for issuing certificates of Title to the residents of Ohio for their purchases of automobiles, motorcycles, off-road vehicles, motor/mobile homes, and watercraft.

Methods of Payments
Cash and Personal checks with proper photo ID. However, personal checks are not accepted by mail - sender must provide certified check or money order, payable to Greene County Clerk of Courts. Credit & Debit cards are accepted.

Title Fees
  • Pursuant to HB 2 - Title fee increase effective July 1, 2009
  • Most Title services will have a flat rate of $15.00 each, please click on the Title Fee link below for current, up-to-date fees
