Permits & Project Management
Responsibilities
The Project Management Office is responsible for all construction activities associated with the installation of domestic public sanitary sewer and water projects. This includes county sponsored projects and private developer installed projects. The Project Manager ensures all required contract documents, easements, permits and all local, state, and federal requirements are met.

The Project Coordinators work for this individual and follow the manager's guidance in accomplishing their tasks. All construction plans for installation of sewer and water projects are reviewed by these individuals and they ensure all EPA and Ten State Standards are met and the plans coincide with the overall future distribution plan of the Board of County Commissioners, and the Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department.

Permit purchasers should continue to inquire about equalization fees on all properties where the water and sewer system was county installed.
