• Enter:
  • address number and street name OR
  • street name OR
  • select from the drop-down menu the street
• Only 3 characters are required for a street name
• Do NOT enter Street Direction (E,W,N,S)
• Do NOT enter Street Suffix (St, Ave, Blvd, etc.)
• Upper or lower case is acceptable.
• A list of possible matches will be displayed.
• Best Bet - Enter or select just a street name with no address number. This will display a list of all properties on that street. You can then scroll and select your property.

SEARCH BY PARCEL NUMBER

• The Parcel number is an 18 character number (with no spaces) that breaks down to: AAABBBBCCCCCDDDDEE
  • AAA - is a three digit code identifying a taxing district. It can be found at: http://www.co.greene.oh.us/taxdistrict.htm
  • BBBB - is the tax map number
  • CCCCC - is the tax map page
  • DDDD - is the parcel in for that tax map page
  • EE - is reserved
• Example:
  • M40000400140007200 would be Xenia City, map 4, page 14, parcel 72
  • A02001200050012700 would be Fairborn City, map 12, page 5, parcel 127

SEARCH BY OWNER

• Enter:
  • Last name OR
  • Last name first and first initial (no comma)
• Only 3 characters are required for a last name.
• Do not enter commas or periods.
• Upper or lower case is acceptable.
• A list of possible matches will be displayed.
