Mullins Memorial Pool and Fairborn Pool

Greene County Parks regrets to announce that its two pools in Xenia and Fairborn will not be opening for the 2009 season. The Board of County Commissioners finalized this decision in their February 3rd meeting in light of difficult economic times and declining pool attendance. The staff at Greene County Parks would like to express great appreciation for those in the community who have played an active role in visiting and supporting the pools. Our patrons, as well as our seasonal employees, have been vital to ensuring a safe, welcoming environment at both aquatic facilities. We understand that the closing of Greene County's pools affects opportunities such as seasonal employment and swimming lessons.
