The Greene County WAN Group is a Department under the Board of County Commissioners and has an authorized staff of five personnel. Our staff is responsible for the construction, operation, maintenance and repair of the Greene County Wide Area Data Network, Video Network and Telecommunication Network. The services provided to County Departments, Elected Officials and Agencies include voice, voicemail messaging, auto attendant features, voice infrastructure, data infrastructure and equipment and video infrastructure and equipment.  Also provide primary computer support and repair service for Departments under the Board of Commissioners and other specified agencies. We are also responsible for the Telcom Billing system used for billing services back to Non-General Fund Departments and Agencies and Call processing.
