Greene County, OH invites qualified firms to submit proposals for hardware, software, training, maintenance and implementation services for a cashiering and revenue collections system for the Greene County Treasurer.  The proposed system will fully integrate and post real-time payments to the County’s Tax Billing and Collection software (Tyler Technologies iasWorld).  The system will also include a check and document scanning/management suite allowing the Treasurer’s Office to archive and store checks and documents associated with their revenue collection processes.

Sealed proposals will be received by the Greene County Treasurer in the County Office Building, 15 Greene St, Xenia, OH, 45385, until Monday, May 20 at 3:00 P.M. EST.  Facsimile and e-mailed proposals will not be accepted.  Late proposals will be retained by the county but will not be considered.
